\Vith the text of the Dardanelles Convention at Montreux, [published as a White Paper, appears correspondence from the Turkish Foreign Minister (M. Aras) assuring Lord Stanley (First Commissioner of \Vorks) that Turkey would continue to give all facilities for visits for the upkeep and supervision of the war graves.
