CHAMPION MOTOR-CYCLIST. (United Press Association—Copyright.) SYDNEY, June 14. Robert Coomes, aged 25, of Lithgow, better known as “Bobby Blake,” a champion motor—cyclist, was killed while practising at Marouhra Speedway in Sydney te—day, when. his cycle skidded: on a wet- surface. Blake, among other notable: Victorian riders, won the New Zealand gold helmet in 1932. He was a member of the 1933 Australian motorcycle team which visited England. Dur—ing the first international test race between lilngland, Australia and America in Sydney, Blake: fell, fractured his skull, and broke both his arms, neces—sitating,r his retirement from competitive riding. '
