GILDE! DEFEATS OSBORNE. HONOLULU, June 13. Young Gizlde, a, Filipino, gained the decision over Osborne in an eight-round boxing contest. Gilde was credited with five rounds, the others being, even, and Osborne with none. Gilde’s victory was decisive, although the Aus-
tralian fought savagely. Osborne was his best at close quarters, but Gilde was superior at‘ long range. Both finished strongly.
