LODGE MEETING.
FORESTERvS’ CHURCH PARADE. The Ashburton Foresters’ Lodge held its annual chum-'ll «parade to St. Andrew’s Church yesterday morning. The parade, which was headed by the Ashburton Silver Band, under the con.— ductor (Mr E. R. Hopwood), consisted of the Grand Chapter under the Grand Ranger (Bro. R. V". Growther), Court Ashburton, under the Court Ranger (Bro. R. B. Barnett) and the Juvenile Court. About 60 members of the lodge took part. The‘ Rev. R. S. Watson, who took the service, spoke on “Benevolence.” There was a large congregation.
