A POLICE RAID.
GAMING OFFENCES ALLEGED. (Per Press Association.) WANGANUI, April 14. As a result of a police raid yesterday, Frank Sanko wa.s charged at Court tins morning with keeping premises as a common gaming house, and James Henry Davis with assisting. Both were remanded until Monday. For being found on premises without lawful excuse, Rua Seal, Frank Leahy, Joseph Jurovitch and Victor Quartermain were each fined £1 and 10s costs.
