(United Press Association—Copyright) SYDNEY, April 5. At the Warwick Farm race meeting ough Neagh, who led all the way in the Chipping Norton Stakes, hung on gamely to defeat Hall Mark by a short head, with Silver Ring only a head, away third. Hall Mark’s exhibition was brilliant, as he was lame on returning to the enclosure. Silver Ring, who was second to last for the greater part of the way, finished with great resolution, but had too much ground to make up. He was also unfortunate in being forced to cover extra ground on the turns. The favourite, Garrio, almost joined Lough Neagh as the horses reached the straight, but could not sustain the effort. He finished fifth. Oro was fourth. An outsider Jn Cabalist, brilliantly ridden by K.-Voitre, held off Hadrian to win the Liverpool Handicap, -with Regular Bachelor, coming from well back, in third place. Another outsider in Journal, showing a return to form, finished strongly to take the Autumn Cup, the excellent riding by I>. Munro contributing largely to his success. Results:—
