COMMITTED FOR TRIAL
NEGLIGENT DRIVING CHARGE. (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, March 10. Owen Lester Sievers Jarret, on a charge of negligent driving, thereby causing the deaths of Mrs Lillias Ellen Lowery and Charles Wild,erdale, was committed to the Supreme Court for trial. Bail was fixed Snt £IOO. The charge arose out of a collision between a taxi driven by Jarrett and a ear driven by Mrs Lowery on January 18.
