At the Stadium last night a luvround bout between Alf Blatch (9st 121 b) and an Italian, Saverio Turiello (lQst 21b) was stepped in the tenth round owing to the latter fracturing a bone in a wrist. Blatch was awarded the verdict on. a technical knock-out. The Italian was very game. He fought an uphill battle from the second round, when he received the injury.
