The 8.35 a.m. Christchurch-Invercar-gill express train will stop if required at AVashdyke to set down passengers connecting with special passenger train to Racecourse. TIMARU-ASHBURTON. Afternoon train for Ashburton leaves Timaru 5.12 p.m. and arrives Ashburton 7.5 p.m. Connects at AVashdyke witli special train leaving Racecourse for Timaru at 5.20 p.m. FARES: Special fares to Timaru Racecourse by 8.3 a.m. Special train from Christchurch on 14th March available for return from Timaru up to 16th March, also available Racecourse to Timaru on day of issue by special trains between Timaru and the Racecourse will be issued as follows: From Rakaia 14/- and 10/1; Ckeresey 13/1 and 9/5; Ashburton 11/- and 8/-.
