A TRAIN DERAILED.
ACCIDENT ON REEFTONI LINE. THE PERMANENT WAY DAMAGED (Per Press Association). GREYMOUTH, Tins Day. The line to Reefton was blocked this morning by the derailment at Tawhai of 10 waggons and two carriages of the mixed train bound for Grey mouth. The permanent way was torn up for 60 yards, but the engine remained on the rails. There were few passengers on the train, and none was injured. It is expected, to clear the line tonight. A breakdown train has left for Greymouth.
