BOARD OF TRADE INQUIRY. (United Pres* Association- -Copyright) LONDON, February 6. The Board of Trade lias appointed a committee to consider whether any changes in the existing law, relating to the carrying on of business of insurance, are desirable,, in the Ijght ot compulsory insurance against third party risk, and by employers against liability to their workmen. A committee of fifteen members including two past presidents of Lloyd’s and other insurance experts and actuaries, will be presided over by Sir Felix Cessel, formerly Judge ‘Advocate-Gen-eral to the forces —British Official 11 ireless.
