FIGHTING IN NORTH CHINA. (United Press Association —Copyright.) (Received This Day, 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, Feb. 6. The Peiping correspondent of ‘‘the Times” .says that when the fall of Kweiyarig, seemed imminent Kweichow troops, with the timely arrival of reinforcements, including aeroplanes, succeeded in repdising the Red invaders. The latter’s main force, after a severe defeat at Lungli, 20 miles from Kwciyang, is moving north-westward toward Yunnan, where is is believed Holung intends to establish himself in the mountainous border country.— “Times.”
