CHARGE OF THEFT DISMISSED.
WELLINGTON, February 5
After a retirement of three-quarters of an hour a jury in the Supreme Court returned a verdict of not guilty in tho case of Jack Juronovitch, who was charged with theft from tho steamer Anglo-Canadian of 10 liand.stanping machines, and alternatively, with receiving the machines knowing them to have been dishonestly obtained.
