TIMARU WOMAN’S BEQUESTS. (Special to the “Guardian.”) TIMARU, February i. Under the will of Miss Margaret Wilson, spinster, of Timaru, whoso estate l'or probate was sworn at £25,000, public bequests totalling £2700 are made to religious and philanthropic organisations. Public bequests were:— Now Zealand Presbyterian Church £SOO. Home Mission Fund for the Presbyterian Church £3OO. Women’s Beneficiary Fund ol the Presbyterian Church £SOO. Salvation Army, South Canterbury, £2OO. Plunket Society, Timaru and Fairlie, £2OO. Young Women’s Christian Association, Timaru, £IOOO. Under the will the trustees are empowered to create a- residuary trust from the balance of the estate to endow a rest home in South Canterbury for adults, to be known as the Margaret Wilson Home.
