It is understood that Air Lester emphasises that the Senate’s "unconstitutional procedure and disobedience to the League’s instructions is essentially a League problem, which explains why Afr Beck (Polish Foreign Minister) is visiting Paris, en route to Geneva, to consult M. Laval and possibly Afr R. A. Eden, who is rapporteur regarding Danzig disputes.
