TRIAL POSTPONED.
GERMAN ACCUSED OF SPYING. (United Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, January 9. The trial of Dr. Hermann Gortz on a charge of espionage on behalf of Germany, has been postponed until the Old Bailey sessions opening on February 4. Counsel pointed out the difficulty of getting money for the defence from Germany owing to official restrictions.
