, AUSTRALIANS IN INDIA. (Received This Day, 10.5 a.m.) CALCUTTA, January 6. Mr F. H. Tarrant's team of Australian cricketers is playing South Punjab at Amritsar. In the first innings the Australians scored 340 (Bryant 48, Ryder 115, Love 82). , Southern PunjaTb in the first innings made 163 (Mohdsaeed 80). Alexander took tliree wickets for 38 runs, Oxenham three for 40, Nagel two for 32, Mair two for 43. The Indian team followed on, and in the second innings had scored 39 for two.
