LOSS OF THE PARINGA.

Kirby (secretary of the China Coast Officers' Guild) said in an interview that the total certificated complement of the Paringa, lost recently off the Australian coast, consisted of three British ranks and two Chinese holding "service" certificates issued by the government of Hong Kong.
