ASHBURTON COUNTY COUNCIL PURSUANT to Section 27 of "The Counties Act, 1920," NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that at a Special Meeting of the above Council, held on Friday, the twentieth day of December, 1935, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order merging the Coldstream Road District in the County of Ashburton, and abolishing the Board thereof. This resolution will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held at the Council Chambers, Baring Square, Ashburton, on FRIDAY, the seventh day of February, 1936. A copy of the proposed Special Order is deposited at the Council Chambers, Baring Square, Ashburton, and will be open for inspection of the Public during office hours up to 4 p.m. on THURSDAY, the sixth day of February, 1936.
