THE LINDBERGHS IN ENGLAND. CROWDS THRONG ROUND HOTEL (United Press Association—Copyright.) LONDON, December 31. Colonel and Mrs Lindbergh arrived at Liverpool on an American cargo steamer. They would not make any statement. , _ They will stay for a week at Cardul with Mr John Llewellyn Morgan, whose late daughter-in-law was Mrs Lindbergh’s sister. Before going to Cardiff they will remain in seclusion in a suite at the Adelphi Hotel, Liverpool. _ When the crowds learned of their arrival they formed a solid bank on all adjacent pavements. The British Broadcasting Corporation announced: “We believe Colonel and Mrs Lindbergh have come to England to escape publicity. We are sure all our listeners would like us to respect the privacy of the family during its stay; Colonel Lindbergh, who will shortly announce his plan, is negotiating for the tenancy of a Riviera villa.
