ESTIMATED COST £6,000,000. (United Press Association—Copyright.) BOMBAY, Dec. 23. In spite of the recurrence of earthquake shocks, it has been decided to rebuild Quetta, with shockproof foundations, on the same site. The cost Avill be £6,000,000.
