AIRPORT FOR LONDON.
PLATFORM BESIDE RIVER. (United Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, December 22. Plans for an airport for the city of London are still under consideration by the lands committee of the corporation. The idea has not been abandoned, though no particular scheme has so far been approved. One suggestion is for a reinforced concrete platform, at a height, along the foreshore of the river. —British Official Wireless.
