MR HACKING UND ER-SE GRETA RY A SYMPATHETIC PERSONNEL. (United Press —Copyright) LONDON, November 28 Mr D. Hacking (Parliamentary Financial Secretary for War) has been appointed Under-Secretary of State for the Dominions, vice Lord Stanley who has been appointed Parliamentary Financial Secretary to the Admiralty, vice Sir W. Warrender. Captain Euan Wallace (Parliamentary Under-Secretary to the Home Office) has been appointed Parliamentary Secretary to the Overseas Trade Department. A correspondent of the “Sun-Herald service says that 'Mr Hacking s appointment, which is as popular with the Dominion representatives as that of Mr Malcolm MacDonald, completes a team very sympathetic toward the Dominions.
