SUNDAY TRANSPORT OF RACE-
HORSES.
(Per Press Association). NEW PLYMOUTH. Nov. 12. The legality of the transport ot racehorses by motor on Sunday was upheld by Mr Justice Reed m a judgment on appeal to-day, Basil KBlackliall appealed against his conviction by a magistrate of working at his calling on Sunday, 'oy transporting racehorses in a motor float 7 and appeal was upheld.
