DUTCH PEACE MEDAL FOR ALOISI AMSTERDAM, November 11. There is sarcastic comment because the Dutch Union of t{ie League of Nations and Peace gave the Hugo Crotrius peace medal for 1935 to Baron Aloisi. It is pointed out, however, that it was awarded for his services in tlye solution of the Saar problem.
