The German-Austrian barter agreement includes exchanges of fuel and fertiliser for 70 trucks of butter, also milk and live-stock. Meanwhile butter queues are stopping the traffic. Two hundred women were embroiled in a free fight outside a west end shop. The shortages are extending throughout the country. Eggs are obtainable only if five fresh and five preserved are bought. •
