MOFFATT’S VIEWS AMERICA UNDER REPEAL ON Dr. James Moffatt, the noted Biblical authority, who recently visited New Zealand, said that the repeal ot prohibition in America had done a great deal for temperance. Americans were not abusing then liberty, and the country was never mure sober than now. He thought that he detected evidence of more temperance in other counties also. (Advt.)
