MANY SLEEPLESS NIGHTS. I ROME 1 , October 3. Signor Mussolini was much relieved by the news that the troops are moving.
His nearest friends say that strong though he is, II Duce has been labouring under an almost intolerable strain and has had many sleepless nights. He was so swept by emotion by the test mobilisation last night that it was feared lie ivould be unable to finish his speech, which was really a cry to England and:' France to let him cany through his programme without destroying him and the peace of Europe.
