NAZIS AND JEWS
A BAN ON EXCESSES.
DR. GOEBBEL’S NEW POLICY
(United Press Association—Copyright).
LONDON. October 1
The Berlin correspondent of “The Times” says Dr. P. J. Goebbels (Minister for Propaganda), speaking at Karlsliorst, issued the strongest and plainest warning against anti-Jewish excesses, yet heard from a Minister since the passage of the Jewish legislation at Nuremberg on September 15.
He declared that the Jewish question was now being settled by the State, and anybody who committed excesses independently would be encroaching on the State, and the State would call him to account.
