Owing to the number of players who are suffering from injuries, Mr Meredith fears that he will be unable to announce the side against Gloucester and Someret, at Bristol on Thursday, till the day of the match. He is perturbed at the loss of the key players—Oliver, Page and Hadley. There are five casualties, including the laitest—Collins, —who is suffering from a bruised leg and lias gone to Newport for treatment.
Another reshuffle of the hack line is expected on Thursday..

The “Manchester Guardian,”, in an editorial, says that the game against Swansea showed that a first-rate club Bid®, accustomed to individual ways, can at best be more formidable than the best concentration of international talents. It will b® well worth watching to see if any international sides lower the All Blades’ colours as successfully as did Swansea.
