TAURAMAI BREAKS DOWN. (Received This Day, 9.45 a.m.) MELBOURNE, This Day. The New Zealand stayer Tauramai broke down after racing in the Tullamerine Handicap on Saturday. He will be scratched from the Caulfield and Melbourne Cups, and will leave for New’ Zealand almost immediately.
