STOCKBROKER’S ACT. (United Press Association —Copyright) LONDON, September 23. Declaring that the police test ior drunkenness was too easy, a Buckinghamshire stockbroker stood on his head and drank a cup of water. The bench, satisfied that this act was a proof of sobriety, dismissed the charge of driving while drunk.
