QUERY AS TO TWO POINTS.
ADVTSERS AND CONCESSIONS

The Abyssinian reply has been handed to the Committee of Five. It is understood that it is entirely favourable, but seeks elucidation of two points. These are whether the Emperor would have power to veto foreign advisers, and whether the suggested Abyssinian concessions to Italy would prevent the inclusion of commercial agreements with other countries.
