TRAIN ARRANGEMENTS: Passengers from Ralcaia may travel by the Christchurch-Ashburton special train leaving Rakn.ia 11.25 a.m., returning by the special train leaving Racecourse Siding 5.15 p.m. Passengers from stations Chertsev, to Fairfield inclusive will require to travel hv the ordinary morning train from Christchurch and return by usual afternoon train for Christchurch leaving Ashburton 3.50 p.m. and Racecourse Siding 3.56 p.m., or by special horse train leaving Ashburton Racecourse Siding, 5.30 p.m. Usual 7.35 a.m. train for Ashburton will leave Timaru 8.25 a.m., arriving Ashburton 10.39 a.m.
