The All Blacks, who are travelling to England by the Rangitiki, are due in Loudon next Monday. A wireless message was received by the New Zealand Rugby Union to-day from Mr V. R. Meredith, the team’s manager, reporting “All well.’’

The annual football match between the Mayfield Club juniors and the married men, for the Ford Cup, resulted in a win for the juniors by 13 points to 6. I. Anderson, H. Anderson and J. The following Rugby League team has been chosen to tour New Zealand: Full-backs, J. Whittle (Queensland) and L. Ward (New South Wales); three-quarters, R. Hines (N.'S.W.), H. Robinson (Queensland), It. McKinnon (N.S.W.), W. Mahon (Queensland), D. Brown (N.S'.W.); five-eighth, D. Hey (Queensland); half-backs, F. Gilbert (Queensland), V. Thicknesse (N.S.W.); forwards, M. Shields, P. Fairall, and F. Curran (all N.S.W.), H. Bichell (Queensland), It. Stehr, J. Gibbs, S. Pearce, E. Lewis, and W. Prigg (all N S.W.)> and E. Collins (Queensland). The Board of Control to-night decided that financial arrangements with New Zealand should be on a 50-50 basis. The team will leave Sydney by the Monterey on September 18, and will return on October 10. The captain is D. Brown and the vice-captain is V. Hey. The itinerary is as follows:—September 21, v. Auckland, at Auckland; September 25, v. a combined team at Wellington ; September 28, v. New Zealand, at Auckland; October 2, a match at Auckland or in the vicinity; October 5, v. New Zealand, at Auckland; October 9, a match at Auckland or in the vicinity.
