TO JOIN THE ABYSSINIANS.

UNDER TURKISH COMMANDER. (Received This Day, 1.5 p.m.) LONDON, August 27. The Addis Ababa correspondent cf the “Daily Express” asserts that 3000 Somalis have stolen enough arms for 9000 and have crossed the frontier to Ogaden. The Italian Consul banded a Note to the Emperor requesting return of the arms. Haili Selassie disclaimed all knowledge of the incident. The Somalis are understood to be making for Harrar with the intention of joining the Abyssinians under a Turkish commander, Wahib Pasha. The Bolzano correspondent of the “News-Chronicde” says that Signor Mussolini has called: a special meeting of the Italian Cabinet, to be held -at Bolzano on August 28.
