DUNEDIN, This Day. ; At the Supreme Court to-day prisoners were sentenced! as follow: David Albert Smart, aged 20, breaking, entering and theft, two years and three months’ Borstal treatment. Albert Duncan, aged 20, breaking, entering and 1 theft, two years’ Borstal treatment. Lucy Hall, aged 44, bigamy at Oamaru, 15 months’ reformative treatment. Horace Victoria Wilton, aged 29, breaking, entering and theft, 18 months’ reformative treatment.
