Application for probate of the will of the late Reginald William Lloyd Holmes has been lodged.
Holmes, whose body w r as found in a motor-car on June 12, left an estate valued at £34,137.
- Holmes was the principal witness the police intended to call in the “shark, arm” case. A few days before his death he led the police a long chase' over Sydney Harbour. When captured: he was found to be wounded. He declared that a stranger had threatened to take his life, and thereafter lie had lost his memory.
