For tlio third time a jury was unable to a<'ree as to whether .Leo Maurice Dennan, aged 24, a labourer, was guilty of breaking, entering and thelt at the Holden, Hubbard Company, Ltd., in the city; also breaking and entering with intent to commit a crime; also wilfully placing an explosive with intent to destroy a safe. The matter has now been referred to the Solicitor-General. >
