EFFECT OF OTTAWA AGREEMENT DOMINIONS REAP MOST BENEFIT BRITISH INDUSTRIAL VIEW. ' 4 (United Press Association—Copyright) (Received This Day, 11.35 a.m.) LONDON, July 25. The Federation of British Industries, in a survey of commercial policy, states that the Dominions reaped more from the Ottawa agreements than Britain. It adds: “Before the next Im perial Conference Britain must decide whether the treatment of the Dominions should be based on reciprocity instead of continuing free entry irrespective of the treatment British exports received in the Dominions.”
