BISHOP OF QUEBEC
CONSECRATION CEREMONY. (United Press Association —Copyright) (Received This Day, 12.5 p.m.) QUEBEC, July 25. The Rev. Phillip Carrington was today formally consecrated seventh Anglican Bishop of the Diocese of Quebec, succeeding the late Dr. Lennox Williams. Hie ceremony took place at Holy Trinity Cathedral. The lit. Rev. J. Richardson, Bishop of Fredericton, officiated, and high dignitaries of the church attended.
