REVENUE AND EXPENDITURE. (United Press Association— Copyright) LONDON, July 23. Exchequer returns show that total ordinary revenue to date, including self - balancing items, amounts to £168,713,456, compared with £170,439,034 at the corresponding date last year. The total ordinary expenditure, exclusive of self-balancing items, is £225,746,765, against £218,498,733 at the corresponding date in 1934. —British Official Wireless.
