THRESHING RETURNS.

WHEAT AND OATS. The results of shreshing operations carried out during the period JanuaryMarch haye been ascertained from returns .received up to April 23. The figures show that 4,347,750 bushels of wheat and 1,347,600 bushels of oats have been threshed from harvested areas vf these crops, the ascertained average yields per acre being 26.98 bushels for wheat and 38.17 bushels for oats. A table is appended showing for each laqd district the quantities of wheat and oats threshed, and the average yield per acre in each case.'

Of the total threshed 4,083,354 bushels were “firsts.” ' Oats.
