APPOINTMENT AT WELLINGTON. (Per Press Association.) •WELLINGTON, This Day. The position of principal Magistrate at Wellington consequent on Mr E. Page's elevation to the Arbitration Court has been allotted to Mr E. D. Mosley, for the last 8| years Stipendiary Magistrate at Christehurch. Mr Mosley will take up his new duties immediately. Mr Mosley was formerly stationed at Timaru, with jurisdiction in Asliburton.
