TRIBUTES BY FRENCHMEN. (United Press Association—Copyright). LONDON, April 25. Several hundred French ex-service-men, members of the Union Federale des Anciens Combatants, during a short visit to London, marched to the Cenotaph at Whitehall and laid a wreath there. A deputation afterwards laid a wreath on the grave of the Unknown Warrior at Westminster Abbey.
