SENSATION IN HOLLYWOOD. (United Press Assoc Won— Copyright* SAN FRANCISCO, April 25. Mr Paul "Wharton, aged 25, said to be the designer of tFe clothing of a number of prominent screen actresses, was killed by an unknown person in his apartment at Hollywood. His invalid mother in an adjoining room told the police that she heard angry voices, her son's shouts, and pistol shots. "Wharton was dead when the police arrived. He was shot three times.
