NEGOTIATIONS FOR NEW TREATY (United Press Association—Copyright) LONDON, April 23. Members of the Spanish commercial delegation have arrived in London, and will forthwith begin negotiations, at the Board of Trade, with the representatives of Britain with a view to reaching a new Anglo-Spanish commercial agreement to supplement the Treaty of 1922.—British Official Wireless.
