81-WEEKLY TO THE EAST.

The Minister of Public Works has approved a bi-weekly service to be operated by K.'L.M. from Amsterdam to Batavia. Previously the Post Office opposed a bi-weekly service because it thought the Imperial Airways Service between London and Australia rendered an increase unnecessary.
