HELP FOR GROWERS.
AUSTRALIAN WHEAT INDUSTRY. (United Press Association— Copyright), CANBERRA, March 22. The Royal Commission on the wheat industry has recommended the Commonwealth Government to allocate its £573,250 grant for the relief of wheatgrowers as follows: — £ New South Wales ••• 10^,000 Victoria 19J,000 South Australia ... 127,000 Western Australia ... 13i,000 Queensland ... ••• 12,000 Tasmania ... ••• 5,200 The Acting Prime Minister (Dr. Earle Page) introduced a Bill to-day authorising the aforementioned grant.
