BUSINESS STARTS IN CANADA. (United Press Association— Copyright} OTTAWA, March 11. The new Central Bank of Canada was opened to-day with the banks turning in the present currency for the new brightly coloured bills, most ot which bear portraits cf members ot the Roval Family. The Government-turn-ed over 150,000,000 dollars in gold. The bank will deal only with banks acting as regulators of "business credit rates.
